Cool Flash..........

I have met so many ladies lately that are having major power surges. Isn’t it fun never knowing when the next one will hit. When you would rip off your clothes to just have a moment of relief.

Here is some pictures to discribe how and some of the things that can bring them on. I found these online.

I was surprised at the tight clothing. I do know for me that sugar can trigger it. Start listening to your body. When one hits write down what you had eaten before, see if it is linked. Does it happen a few time? Maybe, you might want to get rid of it for at least a bit.

Here is a recipe that might help you cool down. It smells nice. I added an extra peppermint to my bottle. It is refreshing.

Who is Frank? Frankincense essential Oil of course.
He is the oil of Trust.. He is the father of oils.. He enhances any other essential oil. Frankincense essential oil is the oil they gave to baby Jesus to represent that He is God. What I love is just as Jesus enhances every area of our lives. This is what Frankincense does for our oils. If you need an oil to have a little more oomph to what your doing add a drop or two of Frankincense.

Emotionally: Frankincense reveals deception and false truths. It assist the person to let go of lower vibration, lies, deceptions, and negativity. It helps support in creating a healthy attachment with ones father.

The emotions it addresses:

Think for There You Are

Have you ever wondered why something happened that you thought would?

Sunday I listened to “The Power of I AM”. I know that if you think about something you can manifest it to happen but do you know why.
It is because the brain believes what you tell it. So if you tell yourself you are sad or happy you will be. Believe in yourself and your Devine, I call mine Lord.
If you doubt your can your mind believes you. So why would it make it happen. Your mind will make what you think about most. Make sure your thinking positive and not negative. I think about my success, my team growing, my leaders success, etc.                                                             Is it happening? YES!                                              Do I believe I will reach my goals??                      You better believe I DO!!                                                                     Please don’t fill your life with doubt.                      Don’t create an attitude of lack.

Motivating Mondays.

Why should we start our week on a high note?
Mondays are a fresh start. Mondays are when you can take on the world and know you have got this.

Don’t wake up with the thought that ohhhhh it’s Monday :( .
Instead wake with a smile on your face and be excited for what the new week will bring.

I know it can sometimes be hard but a day is what you MAKE it! Don’t let your day control you. You control your day. That means starting with a great attitude. Put a smile on your face and tell yourself you’re a Rock star at life. You will have the best day ever.
Your mind has to do as you say. So say GREAT things.
